Refund & Cancellation Policy

GaathaCore services are enterprise SaaS solutions billed on agreed commercial contract terms:

• Subscription Renewals: Monthly or annual enterprise subscriptions may be cancelled prior to the renewal date. Upon cancellation, services continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Service Credits: In the event of documented, unscheduled platform downtime exceeding SLA commitments, enterprise accounts may request service fee credits by contacting gaatha.ro.tech@gmail.com.
