Subscribing organizations are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regional tax codes and surveillance laws.

2. Sentira Visual AI Limitations

Sentira computer vision analyses (motion detection, zone violation, object classification) are machine-learning heuristics. They may produce false positives or false negatives due to lighting conditions, occlusion, camera resolution, or network jitter. Sentira makes no biometric identification, facial recognition, or law-enforcement certification claims.
